Staff-IT is a staffing platform evolving into a modern, AI driven ecosystem connecting companies with independent talent. The project focused on redefining its digital presence through a complete website redesign, aligning the brand with a more progressive, technology forward identity.

Challenge

The existing website reflected an outdated perception one that felt static, corporate, and rooted in a family-run agency model. This created a disconnect between the company’s ambition and how it was perceived. The challenge was to shift this narrative and build a presence that feels bold, credible, and future facing, while clearly communicating its value to both companies and freelancers.

The approach centered on repositioning through clarity and energy. The structure was simplified to highlight the platform model, while the visual direction moved toward a more modern, tech driven aesthetic. Messaging was refined to be direct and confident, focusing on speed, flexibility, and access to talent. The experience was designed to feel intuitive and scalable, reflecting how the platform operates.

The result is a redesigned website that redefines how Staff-IT presents itself in the market. A bold visual language, clear structure, and focused messaging work together to communicate a modern, AI driven staffing platform. Understanding the problem

Early discussions with the founders helped uncover how Staff IT was positioned in the market and how the platform was evolving with AI driven talent matching. A review of the existing website revealed gaps in messaging, clarity, and brand perception. This discovery phase helped define the core challenge and informed the direction of the new brand and website experience.

Approach

The previous website lacked clarity, structure, and a strong visual identity. Messaging was unclear and the platform’s AI driven capabilities were not communicated effectively. The redesign focused on simplifying the experience, strengthening the brand presence, engaging the users towards action and clearly communicating the value of Staff IT for both freelancers and companies.

The new website introduces a bold digital identity built around a vibrant blue palette and a modular graphic system derived from the logo. Elements from the logo representing expansion and movement are used throughout the brand to create a dynamic and recognisable visual language.

The Staff IT logo draws inspiration from coding symbols to create an immediate connection with the developer ecosystem. The logo was designed as a modular system, allowing its elements to extend into graphic patterns and templates across the brand identity and website.

Neural Blue reinforces the platform’s technology driven positioning while creating strong brand recognition. Black and white provide contrast and readability across the interface, while subtle gradients add depth to the digital experience.

This project highlighted how strongly brand perception influences how a technology platform is understood. Even though Staff IT already used AI driven talent matching, the previous brand and website did not communicate that innovation clearly. By aligning brand strategy, visual identity, and user experience, the redesign helped bridge this perception gap and create a more modern and engaging platform presence.
